As you can see from all the examples on this website CAD is a vital tool for the service Roy provides. It makes it easier to produce technically accurate drawings. Roy currently provides a service to all disciplines including Architects, Developers, Builders, Designers, Engineers and Specialist Manufacturers and Designers. Roy has done CAD work for Fitters working on the London Olympics and for a Roofing company working on The Bomber Command Memorial in Green Park. Roy is also providing a CAD service to a Fire Engineering company that is providing fire plans for the Athenaeum hotel in Mayfair.
Roy has clients that send surveys and photos and produces a full set of existing plans and elevations. For one client he also provides an Architectural service and designs and draws extensions or conversions for the use of issue for planning.
Roy has around 32 years CAD experience and was first using CAD back in 1980. He has fully licensed AutoCAD and Microstation. He also has Revit and Vectorworks and can produce 2D or 3D wireframe and rendered. Initially in 1978 Roy was trained as a Draughtsman and in 1987 was trained as a Surveyor at the London Borough of Barnet.
No amount of work is too large and for 22 months Roy produced drawings for a national organisation simply producing CAD drawings from old film and paper drawings.
The examples below highlight the work undertaken over the years-
